We are grateful for the participation of our friends at Patina Wine Bar, an upscale wine bar and retail wine shop with locations in the heart of Uptown Park Ridge and Mount Prospect offering small plates, flatbreads and desserts along with a full wine, beer and spirits list for guests to enjoy! They also recently opened a Wine Shop in the McHenry River Walk!   They are available for private and semi-private events. They have regular tastings, wine club events, wine, spirit and beer dinners.

The recipes are original from Oaxaca like my mom Maria Ines used to made them every Sunday Families dinners.

We make our chili oil in micro batches. The name  originates from our business starting up in Chicago (CHI-TOWN!) and in  honor of Grandpa Lee immigrating from South Korea to Chicago to find a  better life for his family; and now seeking better flavor! Our  blend of spices reflects the traditional Chinese chili oil but has a  broader range of applications not just for the Chinese palette. The  moment you open the jar, the aromatics will fill your senses like no  other chili oil out there.

Mikerphone Brewing is a family-owned small craft brewery located in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. Founded as from a passion for home-brewing, Mike and Lisa Pallen started the concept of a brewery inspired by music out of their basement. In 2015, Mikerphone Brewing was awarded Best New Brewery in Illinois by Ratebeer as well as One of the Best New Breweries in the World by Beer Advocate Magazine.

More Brewing Company is a craft brewery located just West of Chicago in Villa Park, IL. We specialize in juicy IPAs, sours and  stouts.

Between our brewery and our brewpub, we produce dozens of different beer styles every year. IPAs, porters, pilsners, Belgian-style ales, pale ales, barrel-aged beers—the list goes on. In 2017, Revolution Brewing became the 40th largest craft brewery and 50th largest overall brewery in the country. 

Sketchbook is passionate about exploring traditional recipes--hefeweizens, saisons, pilsners, and stouts for example--while also changing it up and exploring hybrids. You can almost always count on finding some lower alcohol beers in our Tap Room, where you can sample via flights or sipping small pours.

An Independent Craft Brewery, was born, in 2013, on the near west side of Chicago on Hubbard Street (near Hubbard’s Cave), with the quest of making fine Belgian inspired ales for all beer lovers.   

Une Année has expanded it’s offerings over the years with an emphasis on fruited and unfruited American Wild Ales (read: Sour Beers).  In 2017, the brewery moved to neighboring Chicago suburb, Niles, IL, and expanded to include a taproom. 

Hubbard's Cave Brewery was developed as an alternative to Une Annee's Belgian Style Ales. Producing American Style ales, primarily imperial stouts and Hubbard’s Cave signature Fresh IIPAs, Hubbard’s Cave is a refreshing addition to the Une Année Family. Named after the Chicago Hubbard Street traffic tunnel on Interstate 90/94, next to where the brewery was born, Hubbard’s Cave has quickly grown to produce some of their most popular offerings.  

Located  in the Village of Schiller Park, Illinois, Short Fuse Brewing Company  is a production brewery and taproom with a full kitchen. We  craft our beer on a 30 barrel brewhouse and 30 barrel fermentors. We  also will feature a large barrel program for aging beers. In addition,  we are one of a few breweries in Illinois to feature two 30 barrel foeders. A Foeder is a giant oak vat typically used to age wine, but  recently beer breweries have started using them.

Once the leading American spirit, Rye Whiskey faded from popularity after prohibition ...until a dedicated crew of Rye enthusiasts settled in an unlikely place, turning a historic dairy barn into a world class whiskey distillery in remote Shoreham, Vermont, where we keep the things that make Rye great, throw out the rest, and constantly innovate to make whiskey our way.

Wolf Point Distilling is a Chicago-based craft distillery specializing in high-quality, small-batch spirits. Each spirit is inspired by famed stories from Chicago history, with detailed, hand-drawn illustrations that bring these tales to life on the bottle. We craft small-batch bourbon, rye whiskey, gin, vodka, and specialty infusions. Each spirit is methodically designed on a smaller scale to ensure quality and taste.

Start with the finest grains grown on the best soils the earth has to offer. Add water naturally filtered by the limestone aquifer found deep under those same soils. Then complete the task by handcrafting a distilled spirit using the same hands of the fifth generation farmers who grew that grain. They know the land, their ingredients, and what it means to pay attention to detail. Blend together using equipment and know-how forged in the rolling hills of Kentucky. Add a little patience. 

Chicago Cane Cooperative is one of the first worker-owned spirits  producers in the world. We focus on the creation of rum-based spirits  that inspire collective action toward a more sustainable and transparent  liquor industry.

Broda is based on a generational Polish family recipe. The recipe has been handed down from generation to generation. Broda uses four real ingredients: Lemons, raw Michigan honey, ginger, and 7x distilled vodka. It has no preservatives or additives, and of course it’s made locally! It's terrific served straight on ice, heated up as a hot toddy, in tea, as a spritz (prosecco) or sangria (white or red wine), and makes a mean summer shandy (with a light beer).

Unpossible Mead is a hidden gem just off Route 66 in quiet downtown Dwight, IL.  Since 2018, we have racked up dozens of awards for our meads.  We focus on full-flavored session meads as well as traditional and barrel aged meads. Our tongue in cheek trademark is “Booze from Bees.” We know booze doesn’t actually come from bees :)

ERIS was inspired by the Greek goddess known for causing mayhem. As the story goes, Eris threw the golden apple of discord into a party that she wasn’t invited to, creating chaos as everyone scrambled for its beauty. As cider makers in a city of over 100 breweries and women in a male-dominated industry, we know what it’s like not to be invited to the party. That’s why we focus on inclusivity, approachability, and accessibility in everything we do.
