A  group made up of current college students and Maine  South grads formed  in 2022. We play a range of genres, mostly rock,  country, and adjacent  styles. We pride ourselves on making our shows as  much fun for the  audience as they are for us!   

The  Ginger Road is a rockin' country band from Chicago. No matter what you  are celebrating, the Ginger Road knows how to entertain. The four  members of the band combine talent with humor and high energy to put on  the perfect show. 

At Chicago Culinary Kitchen, they’re more than just a restaurant. They keep their menu simple and use only the highest quality ingredients. All  their meats & sides are smoked or cooked fresh for that day’s service. They feature amazing daily specials that range from BBQ to Internationally-inspired Dishes to Sinful Desserts & so much more! 

We bring the Neapolitan pizza experience right to you! We take  pride in  using only the finest ingredients, including fresh dough made  from  imported Italian flour, San Marzano tomatoes, and high-quality   mozzarella cheese. Our pizzas are hand-stretched and baked in ovens  that  reach upwards of 900 degrees Fahrenheit, resulting in a perfectly   crispy crust with a tender, chewy interior.

An upscale wine bar and retail wine shop with locations in the heart of Uptown Park Ridge and Mount Prospect offering small plates, flatbreads and desserts along with a full wine, beer and spirits list for guests to enjoy! The recipes are original from Oaxaca like my mom Maria Ines used to made them every Sunday Families dinners.

The techniques what  we use in the process to make our sauces are the same that the old  peoples and small villages used to practice 100 of years ago and they are the same techniques the were passing from grandmas to mothers and mothers to daughters for generations.

We make a variety of fresh pepper hot sauces, spice blends and hot honey  designed to inspire creativity in the kitchen and support local farms. Our products are all handcrafted using locally sourced ingredients. We have six year-round hot sauces, and we make a new limited release sauce every week of the year so there’s always something new to try when you see us at an event!

Named after the Chicago Hubbard Street traffic tunnel on Interstate 90/94, next to where the brewery was born, Hubbard’s Cave has quickly grown to produce some of their most popular offerings.  

Illuminated Brew Works is a Chicago-based brewery producing beer for interesting times. From big, hazy IPAs, to yeast-driven urban farmhouses, adjunct-rich stouts and experimentally-driven sours and  fruit beers, their offerings rotate seasonally to celebrate the annual  cycle. 

The  first of its kind in Illinois to establish brewing and distilling roots  under a single roof, Maplewood has been producing finely crafted beer  and spirits out of Logan Square since 2014.

Mikerphone Brewing is a family-owned small craft brewery located in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. Founded as from a passion for home-brewing, Mike and Lisa Pallen started the concept of a brewery inspired by music out of their basement. In 2015, Mikerphone Brewing was awarded Best New Brewery in Illinois by Ratebeer as well as One of the Best New Breweries in the World by Beer Advocate Magazine.

More Brewing Company is a craft brewery located just West of Chicago in Villa Park, IL. We specialize in juicy IPAs, sours and  stouts.

Between our brewery and our brewpub, we produce dozens of different beer styles every year. IPAs, porters, pilsners, Belgian-style ales, pale ales, barrel-aged beers—the list goes on. In 2017, Revolution Brewing became the 40th largest craft brewery and 50th largest overall brewery in the country. 

Sketchbook is passionate about exploring traditional recipes--hefeweizens, saisons, pilsners, and stouts for example--while also changing it up and exploring hybrids. An Independent Craft Brewery, was born, in 2013, on the near west side of Chicago on Hubbard Street (near Hubbard’s Cave), with the quest of making fine Belgian inspired ales for all beer lovers.   

Une Année has expanded it’s offerings over the years with an emphasis on fruited and unfruited American Wild Ales (read: Sour Beers).  In 2017, the brewery moved to neighboring Chicago suburb, Niles, IL, and expanded to include a taproom. 

Broda is based on a generational Polish family recipe. The recipe has been handed down from generation to generation. Broda uses four real ingredients: Lemons, raw Michigan honey, ginger, and 7x distilled vodka. It has no preservatives or additives, and of course it’s made locally! It's terrific served straight on ice, heated up as a hot toddy, in tea, as a spritz (prosecco) or sangria (white or red wine), and makes a mean summer shandy (with a light beer).

Pisco is a spirit distilled 100% from grapes. Only two countries can legally make pisco, and the Denominations of Origin (D.O.) are in Chile and Peru. Catan Pisco is made in Chile, which is where our Founder, Catalina, was born.
