ERIS was inspired by the Greek goddess known for causing mayhem. As the story goes, Eris threw the golden apple of discord into a party that she wasn’t invited to, creating chaos as everyone scrambled for its beauty. As cider makers in a city of over 100 breweries and women in a male-dominated industry, we know what it’s like not to be invited to the party. That’s why we focus on inclusivity, approachability, and accessibility in everything we do. 

Unpossible Mead is a hidden gem just off Route 66 in quiet downtown Dwight, IL.  Since 2018, we have racked up dozens of awards for our meads.  We focus on full-flavored session meads as well as traditional and barrel aged meads. Our tongue in cheek trademark is “Booze from Bees.” We know booze doesn’t actually come from bees :)

For more than two decades, Wild Blossom Meadery & Winery has been a fixture in Chicago,creating wine and mead using locally produced ingredients. Our meads are among the most sustainably produced beverages in the world. With more than 30 years of winemaking experience, Wild Blossom Meadery & Winery is the first winery in Chicago and the first meadery in Illinois.  We raise our own bees and collect our own honey.

Between our brewery and our brewpub, we produce dozens of different beer styles every year. IPAs, porters, pilsners, Belgian-style ales, pale ales, barrel-aged beers—the list goes on. In 2017, Revolution Brewing became the 40th largest craft brewery and 50th largest overall brewery in the country. 

Mikerphone Brewing is a family-owned small craft brewery located in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. Founded as from a passion for home-brewing, Mike and Lisa Pallen started the concept of a brewery inspired by music out of their basement. Located in the Ravenswood Industrial Corridor of Chicago, Begyle Brewing prides itself on offering a diverse and approachable selection of quality beer that brings people together. We’ve built a community of beer lovers with our Community Supported Brewery program, offering members 6 or 12-month growler-fill subscriptions and by hosting events and supporting local organizations. Begyle’s brewery and taproom have become a neighborhood staple, as well as a destination for travelers.

Sketchbook is passionate about exploring traditional recipes--hefeweizens, saisons, pilsners, and stouts for example--while also changing it up and exploring hybrids. Start with the finest grains grown on the best soils the earth has to offer. Add water naturally filtered by the limestone aquifer found deep under those same soils. Then complete the task by handcrafting a distilled spirit using the same hands of the fifth generation farmers who grew that grain. Two Eagles Distillery, founded in 2017, is the passion project of three  friends with a thirst for finely crafted spirits and a simple belief  that quality matters.  We’re very proud to be the first Distillery in  Mount Prospect, a near suburb of Chicago, Illinois.  Beginning with our  flagship offering, 100 Mile Vodka®, Two Eagles is focused on creating  the highest quality spirits and beverages, sourcing local ingredients  and listening to the wants of our clients and the community.

Catan Pisco starts with the beautiful, organic Pedro Ximenez (PX)  grapes, grown in the foothills of the Andes Mountains of Ovalle, Chile.  Surrounded by stone and citrus fruit trees, the naturally irrigated soil  marries the palpable flavors of Chilean agriculture. The fair trade  certified grapes are hand-picked from the vines then double-distilled in  copper stills to yield a smooth, fruit-forward spirit.

An honored craft going back to between 500-1500AD, woodturning was  once widely taught to teens in schools around the US. Now this lost art  is being revived by local artist Derek Cadmus and his wife, Laura, to  share these heirloom wooden treasures sourced from native species here  in Park Ridge, IL.
